Vietnam: Extending from Packaging to Design

Vietnam semiconductor industry is extending from packaging and testing to chip design. The Vietnamese government has launched a semiconductor industry development strategy, planning to train 50,000 semiconductor engineers by 2030. Intel, Samsung, Amkor and other companies continue to expand investment in Vietnam.

Malaysia: Packaging Hub Climbing the Value Chain

As a global semiconductor packaging and testing hub, Malaysia is actively promoting industrial upgrading. The government has launched a national semiconductor strategy, planning to invest over 25 billion USD to enhance semiconductor industry competitiveness.
